 General Terms 

 

BeachLife Covid-19 Ticket Insurance allows for a refund in the case that you contract Covid-19 and cannot attend the event or if the event is cancelled due to state or county Covid-related shutdown.  BeachLife Covid-19 Ticket Insurance can be bought only for 3-day BeachLife GA, VIP or Captains Tickets.  BeachLife Covid-19 Ticket Insurance cannot be bought for single day tickets of any type.

 

If you (Purchaser) cannot attend the Festival for any reason, you have the option of rolling your ticket over.  In this case, your ticket will be good for the next Beachlife Festival, and a new ticket will be issued to you when the new festival tickets go back on sale.

 

If you (Purchaser) have bought BeachLife Covid-19 Ticket Insurance and you cannot attend the Festival for any of the covered reasons below, and you notify us at least 14 days before the festival, your ticket will be refunded to you.  Please note that any county or state vaccination and/or Covid testing requirement to enter the festival is not a valid reason for refund.

 Covered Reasons for a Refund 

Covid-19 Related Illness (with verification from a doctor, clinic or hospital)

State or County Covid Mandates requiring shutdown related to the Covid-19 pandemic

Any fraud, misstatement or concealment or negligent statement in the information provided at any time through this program renders this program voidable by BeachLife and any refund request will be forfeited. 

Any service or other fees paid by Purchaser, or costs incurred by Purchaser in making a refund request are not recoverable items.

 Procedure for obtaining a Refund 
 

To be eligible for refund of the Ticket Price, Purchaser must provide all necessary documentation requested and follow the procedure below:

Purchaser must email info@thebeachlifefestival.com, with the headline “Covid-19 Insurance Refund Request” within 14 days from the date Purchaser is aware of the Covered Reason for Refund circumstances occurring, and not within 14 days of Festival Date.

Email must contain Purchaser full name, Date of Ticket Purchase, Date of Insurance purchase, and Ticket Order number.  Email must then include a short statement as to Covered Reason for Refund, with accompanying verification documentation if needed.

THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROGRAM IS NOT INSURANCE AND IS NOT GOVERNED BY ANY LAWS OR REGULATIONS RELATED TO INSURANCE PROVIDERS.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relative to the Program and supersedes any other prior understandings, written or oral, between the parties with respect to this subject matter. THE PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT, IN ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, THE PURCHASER HAS NOT IN ANY WAY RELIED UPON ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN AGREEMENTS, UNDERSTANDINGS, REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, NOT SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
